Today I'm chatting about something so simple and so essentials in your life-hydration!
If someone told you there is a simple trick you can do to improve mood, increase energy, boosts metabolism, and get your skin glowing, would you be interested? Well, It's s no secret that glowing, radiant skin comes from keeping your skin hydrated. Sipping on H2O is so simple, but are we diligent with our water intake?

I know I need reminders and to keep my water game strong, I’ve come up with a few tricks to keep myself sipping all day long.

Here are a few ways to keep the water flowing and fun:

 

Cute Water Bottles

A must for me. I love a good stainless steel water bottle I can take with me everywhere. If it’s pink or white, even better. Make sure you have a bottle that is sturdy and durable. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve (or my kiddies) dropped my H20 bottle and I’m so relieved when there are no major spills.  

 

Styled Right 

Fruit is something I love infusing into my water to keep it fun and tasty. Raspberries, lime, lemon, mint. These are a few of my favorites. Add your fav to your water and sip up all the goodness.

 

Another add-in I love using is green tea. Brew up a cup and add some lemon slices. Let it sit for a few hours.  I love adding this to my water before a workout for added energy. Tasty and packed full of anti-oxidants.

Track It

Keeping track in my journal or on a sticky note is a great way to see if you are actually getting enough wonderful water into your system. It’s amazing the see just how much or not enough H2O I am consuming and how it reflects in my mood or energy level.

 

Tote it Everywhere

Think of water as an essential when you leave the house. Just like you grab your phone and keys heading out the door, your water should be one of those things you grab on the go.

Replace and Replenish

Having wine, tea, coffee? Great! These are some of my favorite beverages too. I started to make a habit of replenishing every non- water beverage with 2 cups of water. Try it and you will notice how much better and clearheaded you feel once your body is hydrated.
