Good Morning!
Gimme those sculpted sleek shoulders. I can't get enough of the sculpted shoulder look. It may come from doing yoga, pilates, running, or weight training. Whatever the activity, I adore the look and hard work put into toned and sculpted shoulders.

Lately, I’ve been really focussing on toning the arms. Specifically the shoulders. Three times a week, I’ve been blasting out this shoulder exercise (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays to get super specific). I love the definition I’ve seen.

To sculpt the shoulders, you want to work all parts of the muscle (Deltoid).

Anterior-front of the shoulder

Posterior-back of the shoulder

Lateral-sides of the shoulder

Today I’m sharing 3 fav moves to work those shoulders from every angle

Try this  10-minute workout for 3x this week and see for your own beautiful eyes the gorgeous results in the shoulders. Working all 3 angles of the shoulders will guarantee some seriously toned shoulders.

Grab yourself some light weights 5-7 lbs. Cause we are doing high reps, I prefer a lighter weight (5lbs).

Rember to keep your posture tight. Engage your abs and keep your back straight while performing these exercises.

Connect your mind to muscle with every movement and your golden!

Sculpted Shoulders in 3,2,1,

20x Overhead Press

20x Front Raises

20x Upright Rows

After you are done the workout, grab yourself an H2O, a smoothie, and be proud you got a workout in for the day.

I’m loving this shoulder routine cause it can be done anywhere you have dumbells and it doesn’t leave you a sweaty mess (no shower required). If you want more of a workout, pair this routine with a HIIT workout or full body toning routine like the Bunny Sculpt Workout

Does anyone else admire those sleek shoulders? Let me know if you have some great shoulder exercises to try.

With love,

Gina Laurella
