Tuesday Truths are all about my coffee. More really what I add to my coffee. I call my morning java, my beauty brew. It full of skin loving ingredients that will have you glowing and satisfied all morning long. Kinda obsessed with it and no other coffee will do (sorry Starbucks).  Simple and easy to make and that's what I love about it. 4 ingredients to add to your coffee that will have your skin and belly doing the happy dance.

Coffee 

You can use any coffee for this brew. I like to use organic and fairtrade beans (but that’s me), so do you here!

Cinnamon 

Excellent to keep your blood sugar stabilized and full of antioxidants. Plus it tastes yummy! Add a sprinkle in and your good to go.

Collagen

Once I began to add this to my coffee, I’ve seen changes in my hair and nails. I started taking this initially for muscle recovery after my workouts, but I was hooked because I learned about the benefits for your bones, skin, and immunity. I like to add 1tsp daily.

 

Coconut OiL

A favorite ingredient of mine for a great source of healthy fat. Where to start with this little jar of goodness?

∇anti-aging

∇balances hormones

∇helps with weight loss

∇improves digestion

∇great source of fat

I could go on and on. There will always be a jar in my kitchen because of all its amazing benefits. Add 1 tsp to your coffee.

Almond Milk

Personally, I’m not a fan of dairy (mostly my belly isn’t).  I choose almond milk in my coffee and I actually prefer the taste of it to regular milk. Always choose the unsweetened version.

So there you have it. My morning coffee all jazzed up.
