Happy almost Easter!
Spring vibes are in full swing. Can I hear a heck yes! Spring is one of my favorite times of the year cause I know ahead are sunny days and floral everything.
Today I have a fun workout I put together that can be done anywhere. Since a lot of people are traveling at Easter, I thought it was a good time to put together a workout that can easily be done in a hotel room or your living room with minimal equipment. The only equipment needed for this workout is a skipping rope and a yoga mat. Spring is the best time to go grab yourself a skipping rope, cause they are basically in every store.
If skipping is not your thing, you can modify this workout by running on the spot or throw in some jumping jacks.
Grab yourself a water bottle and let’s do this!
