Bounce Back Smoothie

April 27, 2018 Comments Off on Bounce Back Smoothie

Hi Beauties,
Gotta love when the weekend rolls around. My favorite way to spend a weekend is hanging out with the family and catching up with friends. All such great times, but by the time Monday rolls around, I need to reset and bounce back. Anyone else love when Monday rolls around cause it's a fresh start to the week?

One thing I really dial into on a Monday is nutrition. I can’t start a fresh week without having freshness in my food. For me, this looks like whole and nutrient-rich foods. The easiest way for me to do this is to make myself a large smoothie jam-packed of some green goodness. Smoothies are beautiful for increasing your fruit and veggie intake (all in one blender).

Today I’m sharing with you the ultimate smoothie that is easy to make, high in fiber and has a ton of nutrients.

Grab your blender and get onboard with blending up some beauty.

Directions

  1. Add 1-2 cups of water into your blender.
  2. Throw in your thickest greens first (kale, celery, cucumber).
  3. Add your remaining ingredients. Add a bit more water if needed.
  4. Blend up on high.
  5. Sipp away all day.

I feel healthier just looking at this green masterpiece. Tell me how you make your green smoothie. I’ love hearing from others on what they love to add in.

With love,
