Hi! We are into November. Are we excited about this?

Still in the fall season and  I love fall.  So much cozy factor that goes with the season.

Fall is our time to slow down after a busy summer. Summer always includes early mornings and late nights. So stepping into fall = lots of rest and rejuvenating.

I started thinking of some of my fall favorites. I put together a list of a few items that will be a huge part of my fall. Couldn't be more excited to share these with you.

COMFY LOUNGEWEAR

Who doesn’t love getting home and slipping into the coziest and cute outfit, right?

Obsessed with loungewear lately and there are so many chic and cute options to get into for the night (it’s a no-brainer).  It’s like it sets the tone to wind down for me. Get some candles going and it’s instantly a chill moment.

With the cute loungewear goes some comfy slippers. Literally putting together the loungewear with comfy slippers for a night in is ultimate bliss for me.

SKIN HYDRATION +++

Colder weather means some extra hydration and TLC for the face.

My skin gets super dry even if the temperature drops by a few degrees. My skincare game plan will be to incorporate some extra moisturizing with adding more oils and hydrating masks into my routine.

2 items I’m obsessing over are Herbivore Organics and Glow Recipe Watermelon Masks.

This light oil provides you with a bright glow and feeds your skin (perfection).  P.S. It smells heavenly and won’t clog your pores.

P.S. want some add some extra goodness into your skin routine? Add the Clarisonic Mia massager into your routine with the oils for some facial massage to reduce inflammation and increase radiance.

CANDLES

coconut oil candle

Love, love a good quality clean burning candle. Candles in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Always a good choice.

Get a candle going and instantly it’s a cozy situation. I’m all about creating ambiance and candles are perfect for this.

This one is made from organic coconut oil and smells amazing. Always be aware of what you are allowing into your space.

I love a good quality candle that is free of toxins and natural in nature. I’ve got my little crew running around, so I need to know that I’m providing toxic free scents in my home.

DETOX BATH

Fall time is the perfect time to get caught up on baths.

With colder temperatures, I crave a luxurious bath. Trust me, this doesn’t happen too often. Sometimes I have little ones who find me and sneak into the tub with me. However, when I do get the opportunity to get a bath in, it’s so relaxing.

This detox bath soothes sore muscles and flushes toxins from your body.

I try to do the bath once or twice a week and I find it to be one of my favorite self-care practices. It’s the perfect way to wind down for the evening. Trust me, baths are goals.

 ♡ 1/2 cup Epsom salts

♡ 1/2 cup organic baking soda

♡ 10 drops of lavender essential oil

BONUS

Before you hop into the bath, do some dry brushing.

Body brushing is a great way to eliminate toxins and exfoliate your skin.

Use long strokes and move up toward the heart. Start at your feet (get those heels) and use firm pressure. Expect your skin to go pink (that’s a good thing).

Perks of dry brushing

+ Removes dead skin

+ Eliminate toxins

+ Increased circulation

+ Increased energy

Can’t wait for you to try out these fall favorites. Let Me know your fav.
