Yay for January!! New beginnings, new starts. Let’s make this simple and easy. Starting January I challenge you to follow this 30-day plan to incorporate major health and wellness into your beautiful life
Let’s show up 100% for ourselves for the month of January. If we slip up, no problem. Jump back in and get back on board.
Here we go...
For the IFM keep it simple.
❤︎ Your intention should be a fun and the gentle reminder to keep your mind focused throughout the day. I write out my intention for the day on a sticky note and have a few of them throughout the house (kitchen, car, bathroom- you get the idea).
❤︎ Your food, try to incorporate it into your daily nutrition. Most of the food can be used throughout the day.
For example, lemon. It can be added to your water, stirfry, and salad.
❤︎ Moves are encouraged to get your workouts in and get your blood pumping. You don’t have to spend a lot of time on your workouts, but do get some form of movement in. Even 5-10 minutes makes a huge difference. I love a good 20-25 minute garage workout.
