With January all done, we are stepping into February like 💃
My theme for this month is 5 minutes to feel good. Simple tricks and tips anyone can do to elevate themselves.
Why 5 minutes? There’s something productive and doable about 5 minutes.
Something I’ve learned through being a Mom is that time is crazy precious.
In 5 minutes we can do something that empowers us or something destructiv. It’s our choice.
Heading into February and I wanted to create some daily actions that can be done to in 5 minutes that lead to major good feels.
For real, time is your best asset.
Grab your timer and start getting those good vibes flowing.
February had 28 days in it, let’s make those days count.
Let’s commit to taking five to feel great in February. Here’s our plan:
♡ FRIDAY Day 1- Create Some Ambiance
💗Oils (grapefruit, lemon, and peppermint are my fav)
💗Candles (make sure it’s a clean non-toxic one, please)
💗Lights (fairy lights, kitchen lights dimmed, table lights on)
♡ SATURDAY DAY 2- FILL UP WATER BOTTLES
♡ SUNDAY DAY 3- Text or write a note to someone telling them you love them 💌
♡ MONDAY DAY 4- Get Outside ☀️
♡ TUESDAY DAY 5- Plan Your Meals For The Day 🥗
♡ WEDNESDAY DAY 6- Freshen Up.
So easy 💗brush your teeth💗floss 💗 spritz of perfume 💗lip gloss= Hey World!!
♡ THURS DAY 7- Free Flow on Your Yoga Mat
♡ FRIDAY DAY 8- Read 📖
♡ SATURDAY DAY 9 – Sit and Sip on a Tea 🍵
♡ SUNDAY DAY 10- Clean out Vehicle 🚗
vacuum, wipe-down, clean out garbage
♡ MONDAY DAY 11- Listen to Something Inspiring 🎧
♡ DAY 12- Return a Phone Call
♡WEDNESDAY DAY 13- Have a Dance Party
♡ THURSDAY DAY 14- Make Some Gaucomole 🥑
+2 ripe avocados, squeeze of a lime, seal salt, tomatoes. Mash it all up=Yum!!

♡ WEDNESDAY DAY 20- Take a Bath 🛁
♡ THURSDAY DAY 21- Put Together an Accomplishment List 📝
♡ FRIDAY DAY 22- Make a Playlist 🎼
♡ SATURDAY DAY 23- Dry Brush
♡ SUNDAY DAY 24- Cut Up a Veggies Plate 🥒
♡ MONDAY DAY 25- Throw on a Face Mask 🎭
♡ TUESDAY DAY 26- Give Yourself a Mini Pedi and Mani 💅🏻
+ add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil into your cream.
♡ WEDNESDAY DAY 27- Watch a Funny Video on Youtube 🖥
♡ THURSDAY DAY 28- Celebrate! You completed your February feels🥂You took 5 min. daily to get your feels good. grab a glass of champagne or a sparkling juice (in a champagne glass) and take 5 min to feel proud.
