Hey, hey!
Wrapping up our final week of January 2019.
Having my workouts, food, and intentions set out for the day made my life way easier.
There were fewer decisions I had to make throughout the day and for me that is major.
To keep things real and honest, some days I didn’t follow through on my workouts and didn’t stick to my intentions. Some evenings, my nutrition was not ideal. However, I’m ok with that. That’s life and that’s learning.
An important part for me was starting fresh the next day and getting back on track. Bouncing back on track always includes :
- lots of lemon water ♡
- green tea (sipping all day) ♡
- plenty of healthy eats the next day (obviously) ♡
Hope you had as much fun as I did going through this January challenge week by week.
So here’s our final week. Let’s end January feeling strong and empowered. And also empowered happens to be our intention for Monday so yay!!
We powered through this first month of 2019.
Can’t wait to see what the rest of 2019 has for us.
