Happy Tipsy Thursday. Life is busy and it can get so crazy, so fast. Who else feels this way? During these times, I've learned for me, I feel best if I take a moment to care for myself with a few simple ways to boost my mood. It's been about discovering the things that elevate me and make me feel great.
My little checklist is a total game changer (pretty proud of it). I had to get this list down on paper and it’s my go-to for those times when I need to remind myself of what I love and what shifts my mood. Kinda a checklist for stress- Yay! You are going to love these!

Print off this list and put it in a place you can grab and look at to get yourself into a gorgeous mood. I have 2 printed and keep them in the kitchen and my bedside table. When I need a little boost, I scroll through the list and get to work on myself.
I am calling this checklist my beauty boost list and using it often when I need to take 5 minutes to shift and elevate.
