Happy Tipsy Thursday. Life is busy and it can get so crazy, so fast. Who else feels this way? During these times, I've learned for me, I feel best if I take a moment to care for myself with a few simple ways to boost my mood. It's been about discovering the things that elevate me and make me feel great.

My little checklist is a total game changer (pretty proud of it). I had to get this list down on paper and it’s my go-to for those times when I need to remind myself of what I love and what shifts my mood. Kinda a checklist for stress- Yay! You are going to love these!

20 WAYS TO ELEVATE YOUR VIBE

  • Take a deep breath. 5 of them

  • Journal 5 things you are grateful for

  • Do a face mask

  • Organize your space

  • Light a candle

  • Get outside

  • Spritz on a scent

  • Roll out your yoga mat and move however you choose

  • Call a friend

  • Write a thank you card to someone

  • Take a bubble bath

  • Sip your favorite beverage out of a fancy cup

  • Cuddle up and read with your favorite person or solo

  • Get a podcast going

  • Diffuse essential oils

  • Put on an outfit that makes you feel beautiful

  • Send a text to someone special telling them you are thinking of them

  • Take your vitamins or supplements

  • Music up

  • Make a tea

Print off this list and put it in a place you can grab and look at to get yourself into a gorgeous mood. I have 2 printed and keep them in the kitchen and my bedside table. When I need a little boost, I scroll through the list and get to work on myself.

 

I am calling this checklist my beauty boost list and using it often when I need to take 5 minutes to shift and elevate.
