Some things are too good not to share. You know I love using this blog to write about all the things I adore in life.
Going to share with you my current coffee situation...

Hands up if you are a coffee lover. For real, who isn’t right? I mean for me, coffee and mornings go hand and hand. Mornings wouldn’t be complete without the most perfect cup of brew.

Before I jump into the recipe, I want to talk about stepping up your coffee game and adding in some type of healthy fat into your cup.

WHY? Healthy fats added to your coffee helps to keep your belly full and energy high.

Before breakfast, grab a coffee filled with healthy fats and see for yourself

 how good and satisfied you feel with these healthy fats. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting to give my digestive system a break. This coffee keeps me feeling full and satisfied till noon. 

POWER COFFEE ♥︎

6OZ COFFEE

1 TBSP GRASS FEED BUTTER

Directions:

Brew up your coffee in your fav cup. Add your butter and place all ingredients into a blender. Blend up on medium for 20 seconds. Transfer back to your cup. Your coffee will be extra creamy and smooth. Sip, sip away and enjoy!

This little blender tip has been a game changer. It has changed my coffee game and will always be apart of my coffee ritual.

A few extras you can add to your little cup of coffee would be :

cinnamon, cocoa, and MCT oil.
